【摘要】目的：探讨茎突综合征的临床特点，影像学诊断标准以及手术治疗的方法。方法：回顾分析2005-2009期间于我院行茎突截短术的18例24侧的病例资料。结果：18例24侧中17例22侧手术成功，手术病例成功率83.3%，术后出血一例（4.2%）结论：16排CT三维重建是诊断茎突综合征的金标准，全麻下经口腔途径截短茎突是最佳手术方式。

The clinical analysis of  styloid process  syndrome with 18 cases

[abstract] objectives: to study the clinical characters ,image diagonosis and the surgery method. Methods:  18 cases with 24sides during Feb.2005.～Apr.2009. are reviewed .Results: 17cases with 22sides among 18cases were successfully cut short (83.3%),and one of those cases bled after surgery. Conclusion: the CT 3D reconstruction is the best method of the diagnosis of styloid process syndrome, and the surgery should be performed through oral access with  anesthesia  .
